Gizonduz is the Basque Service for working with men and masculinities for equality, managed by Emakunde-Basque Institute for Women and aimed at promoting awareness, responsibility, participation, and involvement of men in favour of equality between women and men, as well as the promotion of diverse and egalitarian masculinities.
